At Ila, we focus on overall development of kids through three main verticals.
- Ila Pre-School
We are a House of Children following a scientific Montessori pedagogy.
- Ila After-School
Our ‘Learning Clubs’ house all skills learning under one roof. It’s a holistic learning space which focuses on extra-curricular activities for kids from age 3 to 18 years.
- Ila Tutorials
We provide academically focused intervention for students post their school hours from age 6 to 15 years.
Founders
Mrs. Sneha Shekar
Chairman & Director
Sneha is an Electronics Engineering Graduate from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She worked with Cognizant for a couple of years as software developer before venturing into Montessori based learning. She always was keen in working with children and also got her training done on Montessori pedagogy from Indian Montessori Training Centre (IMTC), Bangalore.
She is also pursuing her degree in Child Psychology. She has worked with multiple Montessori schools in Bangalore before venturing into Ila.She is also a Founding Trustee at Bhavishya Charitable Trust which largely focus on educational upliftment and creating awareness around menstrual hygiene in the rural schools and colleges.She is a nature lover and has planted around 1500+ saplings.
She is working on creating a curriculum which engages children at the farms with basics of agriculture and animal husbandry which takes them closer their roots and mother earth.
Mr. Anand Raj
Director
Mr. Anand Raj holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication and Masters in Business Administration. He is a start-up enthusiast and has been instrumental in building few of the most successful start-ups like Flipkart, Rupeek and Swiggy.
He has been holding multiple leadership roles across organizations. His last two positions held were Senior Vice President at Rupeek and Vice President at Swiggy. He is also currently consulting multiple organizations in advisory roles. He is a Guest Faculty at multiple Business Schools.
He is also on the board of a transport company, Vega Logistics.He is the Chairman and Founder Trustee of Bhavishya Charitable Trust. The objective of the trust is to upgrade the education quality and also create awareness around menstrual hygiene for woman across rural parts of the state.
